YEAR 2

Hello to the Sirius College community. My name is Trevor Anselmi and I’ll be looking after Year 2 for Term 3 [filling in for Mrs Moran]

This term Year 2 combine with Year 1 for seven weeks of gymnastics. Monday 23rd July was our first session and it was very successful. The students were excited and eager to participate. The instructors run a very clever and inclusive program where everyone is able to achieve success and gain the benefits of fitness, balance and teamwork [see the attached photographs]

Science is also new this term. As part of the Intergrated Studies program, students are studying biology with units on plants, animals and the wider world.

Homework booklets have been distributed, parental assistance with this will be greatly appreciated.

I would like to thank the staff and students for a very warm welcome and for all the help I have received. All the best to everyone for a very successful term.
